LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) — As singer-songwriter Khalid ramps up for the release of his second studio album next month, he’s revealed plans for a major arena tour of North America.
The “Free Spirit” tour kicks off on June 20th at Gila River Area in Phoenix, with additional shows scheduled throughout the summer before he winds the run up at American Airlines Arena in Miami on August 17th.
Major market plays include The Staples Center in Los Angeles on June 25th; The Pepsi Center in Denver on July 12th; American Airlines Center in Dallas on July 14th; and Madison Square Garden on July 31st.
Khalid also announced that Lo-Fi electro-pop artist Clairo, who scored a viral hit with “Pretty Girl” will be providing support for the tour.
Khalid’s next album “Free Spirit” is due to go live on April 5th, which is a followup to his 2017 debut “American Teen.”
