Gilmore Girls star Lauren Graham clearly has a type when it comes to her abode, and it’s as rustic-chic as it gets. After 17 years in her Spanish-Style mansion, Graham decided to get a smaller place just down the road in the historic Los Feliz’s Laughlin Park gated community.

That’s right, before it became Graham’s home, this estate belonged to Benson from 2017 to 2020.
Originally built in 1925, the newly renovated three bedrooms 3.5 baths home is the perfect mixture of Spanish-style architecture and modern flairs. With 2,000 square feet, this home has a plethora of amazing amenities like a kitchenette, marble bathroom, and a guest suite. But the main amazing part of it is its unobstructed views of Griffith Park Observatory. Trust us when we say it’s something dreams are made of.
As we said, Graham is still in the same neighborhood, so she’ll still be neighbors will A-Listers like Angelina Jolie, Natalie Portman, Kristen Stewart, Ellen Pompeo, and Benson. (Can you imagine those neighborhood barbeques?!)

This seating area is something straight out of a Pottery Barn catalog, and we’re obsessed.
We know Graham’s Gilmore Girls character Lorelai Gilmore would’ve been as head over heels about this kitchen as we are. As you can see, marble plays a big part in this home, but you still get some Spanish-style touches on the stairs and flooring!
Is anyone else getting 1970‘s vibes from this retro Spanish-style seating area? It’s so unique!
Finally, the view! Can you imagine how tranquil and stunning it must be every day when you’re out here with a cup of coffee? We know Graham is living her best life.
This marble bathroom is so cool, to put it bluntly. The dark marble adds a touch of sexiness to the historic home, and we’re loving how open it is for a bathroom.
This coffee nook is the cutest thing we’ve seen all day!
