Melinda Trask is the aggressive District Attorney in Salem. Police arrested Patriky Sampaio Gomes, age 21, Carlos Junio Alves-Silva, age 20, and Fernando Alves-Silva, age 18, on Wednesday, Oct. 19, Worcester Police said.  Police responded to a report of a shooting victim at a warehouse at 88 Webster Street around 3:08 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 15, Worcester Police said. Upon arrival, officers found a man suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. According to new findings released by the transportation analytics firm INRIX, in Connecticut, I-95 south in Stamford between the Sherwood Island Connector and Indian Field Road is the most congested road in the US, and I-95 north in the same stretch is the country's third most congested road.  The findings come from the firm's 2022 Global Traffic Scorecard, which identifies and ranks congestion and mobility trends in more than 1,000 cities in 50 countries.
